Wedge wire screen is divided into:Cylindrical screen and Flat screens.

The cylinder screen is mainly composed of V wire and support rod,each cross point connected in welding,solid structure,good mechanical properties.V-shaped cross-section to avoid clogging,while ensuring the smooth flow of water.Continuous slits have a greater flow areas,while reducing ground water penetration speed,avoiding sand under large pressure into the tube,better filtration properties of sand,the gap may be varied depending on the geological,mainly for and deep well pump,submersible pump supporting the use.

Flat screens have good filtration and dehydration in the solid- liquid separation.we can produce for you a different width.length,slit width and wedge wire size according to your requirements and the amount of filtration filter material.Sieve is mainly used to sewage treatment,water purification laundry,poultry,fish,fruit and vegetable waste water treatment industry.

Wedge wire screens are divided into two parts : a cylindrical screen and flat screens.

The Cylinder screen is mainly composed of V wire and support rod, each cross point connected in welding, solid structure, good mechanical properties. V-shaped cross-section to avoid clogging, while ensuring the smooth flow of water. Wedge wire sieve bend screen consists of support rod and wedge wire. The wedge wire and support rod is welded for strength and durability. The shape of the rod is round, triangular or trapezoid. The wire is triangular(V- shaped) wire. With the structure of high open area, our wedge wire screen has accurate slot dimension.

Usage:
The wedge wire sieve is a kind of filtered water tubing, which can be used with the deep well pump, submerged pump. It also can be used as the water treatment equipment for water desalination, running water treatment and softening.
This sieve bend screen is applied to filtering the acid and alkali liquid, ethyl alcohol and other organic solution in petrochemical industry.

Sieve Bend design provides for effective dewatering and allows the solids to slide off the end
of the screen surface.

The screening surface is a curved stainless steel wedge wire screen with the slot openings and
the wedge wires positioned perpendicular to the direction of flow. Typically, end bars are welded
on the top and bottom of the screen for strength and installation purposes.

Pressure screening is the key process in pulp and paper production and is used to enhance the quality of a wide range of pulp and paper products. While theusual goal of screening is to remove oversize contaminants from the pulp with minimal fiber loss and acceptable cost, screening is finding increased use for fiber fractionation which means that the pulp can be split into fiber classes,
